I tried connecting the external ( Desktop monitor) as suggested by many computer technicians. I run everything. During Diagnosing it says that everything is fine. But I still have the white screen coming up. I dont know what to do anymore. Any suggestion on what I should do next?

Hi Nyakeh and :welcome:

How are seeing the diagnostic results? When does the screen go blank? Can you boot into Safe Mode? Tell us more about your hardware and version of Windows.
