Hello there. I am having a problem with the installation of my new Kodak C315 printer.

When installing the printer, everything seems to work fine until I connect to my computer's USB port(s). At that point, I get a message that the computer is able to read the printer, but then I get an error message right after that which refers to the USB port(s). Once again, this is a brand new printer - I bought it on Dec. 27th -, but I think the issue here is with my computer and its USB ports.

If it helps, I spent three hours in a live chat with a representative of Kodak's tech support, who tried various methods of reinstalling the printer software. However, it was to no avail, despite the fact that he told me everything would work after I restarted my computer (it didn't).

I get the following error message whenever I connect the printer to my computer: An error occurred in the installation of this device. The environment specified is invalid.

Would there be anyone here would be able to help me out? If so, I await your reply. Thanks in advance.
