Im having a problem that when i am trying to view mail or surfing the internet normally the browser is hijacked and directed automatically to one of the following sites:

sepro.org
e-pathto.com
topfinder.org
ifmore.com
all four sites had the same common /search.php?.q=

i have ran antivirus and found nothing, i ran Microsoft antispyware, and no result also i have ran several other antispywares but no result. Please if u can help thank u. Also i have run many other anti spywares including adaware, xoftspy. Yet no result PLEASE can u help its causing a lot of problems. THANK YOU in advance

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty, then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

i read all the things about malware have tried everything upto Step 5 also i downloaded the Hijackthis file. However as soon as i opened the Hijackthis file it closed there fore PLEASE help i don't know wot to do

sorry me again i also have a file virus "msdirectx.sys" i think that may not be allowing the hijackthis file to open. im not sure wether that helps the person solving this. thankyou for ur help in advance

You are infected with malware

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty, then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
