I'm getting a message that my hard drive is too full and I need to remove some programs before I can do a defrag. My Windows folder on the C: drive is 7.2 GB in size. There are over 200 folders in the Windows folder that are named some variation of $NtUninstallKB941569$.
These folders each contain a folder called spuninst, and some .dll, .sys, .ax, or .exe files. What are these $NtUninstallKB941569$ folders, and can I safely delete them?
Those are the uninstall for all your windows update done on your computer, they can be deleted but remember that if you do you will not have the option to uninstall any of them after.
You should download the free program ATF Cleaner to help free space on your computer, uninstall any programs you do not use anymore.
