Today I upgrade ram with 2x512mb pc3200 samsung modules ,and run a few tests:
before:
3dmark 2001se default all tests(frequencies shown by coolbits)
With 384mb ddr1
core memory result
270mhz - 360mhz-- 5588
297 419 6108
333 430 6134
With 1gb ddr1:
core memory result
340 430 4993
296 417 6334
