I have an emachine desktop computer and I want to restore my computer to factory defaults. My cmputer has been running slower and slower so Ive decided i just want to reset it. How should I go about doing this? I have tried pressing F8 at startup but there isnt a repair computer option there. Any help is appreciated!

On certain models of Emachines you can access the recovery partition

by pressing <F11> at the boot screen. May be worth a try
