While that motherboard is listed as out of stock, the Details tab clearly shows it has 6 channel (5.1) audio and 10/100/1000Mbps LAN support.
That Newegg link also has a link to the BIOSTAR page for that board where complete specs, QVL lists for compatible RAM and CPUs, and manual/user guide download links are provided.

Edit: I edited my first post with the new motherboard I found. Says it has onboard LAN and Audio... Here it is --> http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813138324

Only 6GB, but good enough I believe
Edit: New CPU http://www.newegg.co...k=ADX640WFK42GM
Supported by Motherboard... And cheaper then the other one I had listed....
Edit: In the reviews of the CPU, they are saying that the CPU isn't new? I was wondering why the picture wasn't of a box like the last CPU I listed.. I want a new one, that comes with a heatsink (This one doesn't, right?)...
I don't see the difference between that^ CPU and this one, other then the model number http://www.newegg.co...N82E16819103871
Same name and everything, but that one^ is new.

Provide us with your maximum budget and we can make a list of suggestions.
That is correct OEMs do not come with a heatsink and fan and it is false economy, a retail CPU with fan and HS costs a few bucks more but comes with a 3 year warranty as opposed to the usual 1 year OEM warranty.Another Edit lol: In the reviews of the CPU, they are saying that the CPU isn't new? I was wondering why the picture wasn't of a box like the last CPU I listed.. I want a new one, that comes with a heatsink (This one doesn't, right?)...

My birthday is in the coming months, so I'll have another $200 to get some upgrades if needed.
I really don't want to go over $450 though, I'll upgrade the parts in the future if needed .
Thanks

No problem. But still, it is your money you are plopping down, not ours. Though we, well I like to spend other people's money, you need to verify too. And be warned, once you complete this project, you will become the goto guy in your family/neighborhood/work/school so you need to know how to do it anyway!Well sorry, I am just kind of in a rush because if I don't get something now, I'll end up wasting the money I have on something stupid.
They are exactly the same. It is how it is sold that makes the difference. As Phill noted you will have to supply your own heatsink fan assembly (and TIM) with the OEM version, and the warranty is only good for 1 year instead of 3. For only $5 difference right now, get the boxed unit and triple your warranty plus get an excellent, fully capable and matched heatsink fan assembly.I don't see the difference between that^ CPU and this one
Ooh, I just looked again and according to that Newegg link to the OEM version, you only get a 30 day warranty. And it looks like AMD agrees as seen in the first AMD Warranty FAQ where it says,
So $5 for 36 times the warranty is looking better still.Warranty for OEM / trade products is provided exclusively by your vendor or system builder for the period agreed to at the time of purchase. AMD does not provide any additional or supplemental coverage to the warranty offered by your vendor.
Right, and that can include an aftermarket cooler some time down the road too. But just remember, it is the case's responsibility to provide enough cool air to the CPU's HSF assembly, and the case's responsibility to suck the hot air out. So if you are running too warm (over 60°C for me), look at case cooling first.I'll upgrade the parts in the future if needed

Any tips on what I should buy first? It probably doesn't matter, but better ask anyway .
I know I should get the case, motherboard, and RAM first probably, but go ahead and let me know what you think

I start with the case because they don't go through constant upgrades and revision changes like motherboards and graphics cards do. Generally, I recommend saving your money until you can buy all at once so you get the most recent versions, and so all your warranty start-dates are the same.Any tips on what I should buy first? That's it for now, ordering the rest some time in the coming days/week. Quick Question, I know I seen someone mention this, but I am still a little crooked from New Years and don't feel like reading .
Do I need a CPU cooler and Paste to be able to run the computer? Or can I rely on my case to keep the CPU cool until I can afford a Cooler? I have 3 6 inch fans that I can sit by the PC, and also the case has a lot of fans, so says the reviews.
I'll update this in 2 - 3 days with pictures

Yes, the CPU can/will fry without either one, please take the time to read and understand the tutorial that Digerati provided http://www.geekstogo...rface-material/Do I need a CPU cooler and Paste to be able to run the computer?
Most modern MBs have a thermal sensor which will shut the system down when temps get too high however this does not stop you slowly or sometimes quickly baking the processor due to incorrectly applied thermal paste between the heatsink and processor.
Definitely not even if it would work.Or can I rely on my case to keep the CPU cool until I can afford a Cooler?
Please re-read the previous guidance offered by myself and Digerati
