I had found the BEST online - in-browser - converter/combiner for creating .pdf out of .doc...and then, my Chrome started sucking, so I removed and reinstalled the browser, forgetting to save my bookmarks beforehand, and alas: no more awesome converter! X( I suck. So, if anyone could toss out their favorite in-browser converters, I would greatly appreciate it...note that this one is not listed in the first 20 pages of google results when searching anything like "word to pdf" or "doc to pdf" or anything like that, trust me, I've looked. Using neevia for now...good enough to get by. Also have primoPDF and gotoPDF on desktop/as print driver, respectively...and I do really like the gotoPDF print driver converter, but it screws up a little when I ask it to convert 1-pg 5MB crazy doc's with combined text/graphics; not bad, but just a little sloppy. The online, in-browser, free one I had found was fast, held up great with whatever I asked of it, was just a superb little find. Thanks, any suggestions are appreciated, hope something jogs my memory.

You should still have your bookmarks unless you deleted the separate folder(s) Chrome made for them. Inside the "...\Chrome\User Data\Default\" directory are two files. "Bookmarks", and "Bookmarks.bak" You could do a total computer search using the right keywords.

Didn't track down the add on, but Firefox had a few. Maybe this is one you had for Chrome:https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/kclbidlajocjmicnpgpfmkblhdhjelfe
