What type of system is this. Name brand, make and model please?
From your picture it would seem to be a built on video but a picture of the back of the system would confirm that.
If it is indeed built onboard it is a chipset and not a actual video card.

Is it possible to additional graphics card, if it's a chipset.

Both those models are for a laptop.
Is this a laptop or desktop?
If laptop no you cannot put a video card in it but only increase the amount of ram memory.
