Samsung SF510 laptop running Win 7. Suddenly my laptop wont boot into Windows. It says THE BOOT SELECTION FAILED BECAUSE A REQUIRED DEVICE IS INACCESSIBLE. It tells me to choose the repair option but when I do it just hangs at the Windows logo screen for hours. I’ve checked the boot order and thats CD/DVD drive then the HDD which is ok.
Tried a Win7 repair disk and that starts ok but then just goes to the Windows logo screen and stays there forever. Tried safe mode but that just goes to the logo screen as well. Put in a Win 7 installation disk and that doesn’t do anything either.
Tried Ultimate Boot Disk but again no luck with that. Not sure what I can do next any would be grateful for any advice. Took out and reseated the memory but that made no difference
Cheers

Paul
