Hey guys, I have a Windows xp custom computer and I took it apart today to clean out the inside and when I put it back together and turned it on it shuts itself off after about 5 seconds. I switched it from 115V to 230V and it stays on and runs but no picture and no booting noises from the tower. Any suggestions?
