Lost the lease to my IP address - what?

I have just found this in an event log:-

: Dhcp
1203 - Description : Your computer has lost the lease to its IP address 192.168.0.4 on the Network Card with network address 001966EFBDB8.

Can anyone please explain what this means? And what to do about it. Thanks.
