I read a sticky in the malware section which suggests users post in the "Waiting Room" forum if their topic has gone unresponded to after a few days. However the link provided is broken, and I can't seem to find this particular section anywhere.
Could someone please direct me to the "Waiting Room" of the forum, so that I can post a reminder about my help topic?
