Go into BIOS setup and disable network boot (PXE). Also make sure the hard drive is the first boot device in Boot priority (or the 2nd if the CD/DVD drive is first).
This could also indicate a problem with your hard drive if the network boot is the 3rd or 4th in the Boot priority list. It means the BIOS is not seeing the hard drive so is moving down the list trying all available boot devices.
