I need help with an excel formula. I have spreadsheet setup:

Example: column A1 has mary smith then row D13, E13, F13, G13, H13, I13, J13, K13 each has a number entered then I have the formula for the total in C13
as I enter a number in each cell I want it to simutaneously be entered on another worksheet under the same name, how do I do it or better still what is the formula.

Thanks

Not exactly sure what you're asking but if you go to the second worksheet, click on the cell you want the mirrored information, press = on the keyboard, go back to the first worksheet, click on the cell you want mirrored and press Enter on the keyboard. Repeat for other cells.
Is this what you need?

This one is easy.

Start by Grouping together the sheets you want the values entered into (Ctrl + Click each sheet)

Now, start typing the numbers in the cells, but don't just press Enter, hit Ctrl + Enter

You will have to remember to do this for EVERY cell you want populated.
