My dads toshiba satellite laptop won't concet to the internet anymore. It had been working through a wireless concetion for over 12mths now without a problem then a few weeks ago it just stopped concetting. When you look at the network setting s on the computer to says it is conected and the singnal is excellent ( tried concetting with the LAN cable as well) Bigpond tech support said it is not a problem at there end. My sister HP laptop can still conect. Have tried basic tech support with tosiba. They pinged the computer and everything seemed fine with that, but i still cant conect. Pls help!
