hp pavilion won't boot up

hi need help, got my friends pc here its a hp pavilion a708uk it did have virus's started it up in safe mode ran malwarebytes found 12 bugs restarted pc im just getting to the start normal, last good setting, safe mode screen, non of them are booting the pc its just going round in a loop back to this screen, I can get into f2 setup f11 bio's, I would like to factory reset it but dont know how, hope you can help thx
