cannot open weblinks in Outlook 2007

Hi all,

bit stuck on this - just today cannot open and weblinks in e-mails and just get error "General Failure. The URL was "https://xxxxxx.com". Application not found"

I run ESET NOD32 antivirus and Malwarebytes

Not knowingly made any updates today that would have caused this.
