In IE click Tools > Internet Options > on the Advanced tab > under Browsing > see if there is a checkmark before Enable third-party browser extensions
If so uncheck this and reboot

ok, i installed the latest debugger and also unchecked the enable third-party browser extensions, but what do i do with the debugger?

Hopefully you will not need it but it should solve the errors with dbghelp.dll
