Spyware issue

I have a workstation that is infected with some kind of malware that I cannot get rid of. Pop ups open about every 5 to 10 minutes. One in particular is a Spyware Warning, an ad for SpySpotter. I have run Ad-aware, Spybot, CWShredder, McAfee VirusScan v8(updates and runs daily) and HijackThis. Below is the latest log. Please note, I have removed both O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [checkrun] C:\winnt\system32\elitelfv32.exe and O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Synchronization Manager] mobsync.exe /logon several times with HijackThis and they keep coming back. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you.
