Hi Folks,

I've visited your site often, but am a first time poster. My wife's laptop is a Dell Inspiron 1545 running Windows Vista. She lost the ability to watch streaming video a while back. I installed Adobe Flash 11.xx, which appeared to install correctly but was not recognized when I tried to access it. I checked the system requirements for AF 11.xx and see that it requires a 2.33 GHZ processor -- I have a 2.2 GHZ. I uninstalled AF 11.xx and attempted to install an older version from Adobe's archives, but am constantly prompted that there is an updated version available. My questions are these:
- Is downloading an older version of Flash a viable option?
- If so, any suggestions for doing so?
- Will streaming video play on Flash 9 or 10, or will it insist on 11?
- Are there any work-arounds for this issue or am I doomed to buy her a new laptop?

Your advice is gretly appreciated.
