My daughter's laptop accquired a virus. I found that her firewall was turned off which I have turned back on. We are unable to get onto Firefox or Internet Explorer. I get an error stating Firefox can't find the server at search.conduit.com. Below that it gives me options to try and fix it which I have tried. At the bottom of this box there is a little box that says try again. Thanks in advance for any help.

Download OTL from
http://www.geekstogo...timers-list-it/
and Save it to your desktop.

Run OTL (Vista or Win 7 => right click and Run As Administrator)

select the All option in the Extra Registry group then Run Scan.

You should get two logs. Please copy and paste both of them.
