Keeps freezing despite just surfing net etc

Go Start, right click the entry My Computer, click Properties, when the window opens, click the hardware tab , then click the device manager button.
Expand the entry disk drives and what does it then show for the drives - is there one ST or WD or what is it please.

Get the SeaTools DOS cd ISO version as it is the most compatible with hard drives. Follow the instructions I sent to burn the ISO file correctly so it will be bootable.
Your new log shows the same 4kb sectors bad so we might be dealing with a failing hard drive. The hard drive diagnostics will tell us for sure.
