Computer not booting up

It first started while doing updates. Power shut down before it was done. Bsod popped up. Cudnt get desktop for hours. Then when it did I tried to open things it said not responding to all. Finally got system restore up. It tooks hours for the welcome screen. Restored it I thought. But then blue screen popped sayn dont turn off it will do it itself. Then updates came on the same screen and it was updating all night. Didnt go pass all updates. It said restoring files. Didnt finish. Now wont boot up at all again. It wont go pass windows splash screen. Please help. Im using cell to post and have no cd. It was a gift
