I have "Contacts list" in Excel format which I've tried importing into Outlook 2003 and am ALMOST successful. I think I've succesfully named my fields in Excel, I think I've successfully Mapped them in Outlook but once it imports them, they all show up as seperate contacts. For instance, one contact will simply say the name of the person and the next contact will be his address and the next will be his phone number, all rather than having name, address, phone, etc. go into one contact card. Any ideas or suggestions?
