I have recently lost internet connection on my home computer. I think it its due to a recent internet driver update. I have uniblue driver scanner and it informed me that I had several out of date drivers on my computer and prompted me to update them. When I did and rebooted my computer I then lost internet access. I tried to open the driver scanner to undo what I did and it ironically alerted me that the program could not open due to lack of internet connectivity. I called my internet service provider and they said they could not help me because they could not locate or identify my ip address. What should I do now? Please help. thanks
