Hello Trivina. Sorry about the delay for this response I was pretty busy. We are going to take a quick look at your memory usage. Please do the following:
  • close all programs
  • press ctrl-alt-del (the control alt and delete (not backspace) buttons) at the same time
  • click the performance tab of the window that appears
  • make note of the number listed in the Physical Memory (K) section next to the word Available
  • let me know that number in your next post
