MSVCRT Crashes

My computer frequently crashes with a msvcrt.dllerror message on many internet sites. These sites usually have some type of "fancy" graphic. This has occurred despite using the IE fix application. Any help for this? The computer with this problem is a windows 98.

See<Program> Causes Invalid Page Fault Error in Msvcrt.dll.
