Considering building budget pc, (very budget, lol I'm a broke student) computer will only be used for homework, sims 2 possibly gta eflc.

What can I recycle from another computer minus motherboard, ram?

Basically, I am wondering if I can use,

DVD drive
Hard drive preinstalled with xp pro sp3
fans (rear, cpu)
power supply
card reader
moniters
keyboard, mouse

considering buying this from tigerdirect.com is it a good buy for what I want/need?

MSI A75 MA-G55 AMD A-Series Socket FMI Motherboard and AMD Dual-Core A4-3400 2.7 GHz
Radeon HD 6410D APU Bundle
