i need help removing some files which require reboot but i dont want to reboot as many important services running

Please explain your problem in greater detail as if you have uninstalled a program or utlility and received the message that a reboot is necessary to complete the removal of some files, this is quite common and a reboot is simply a restart -

The reply, for your assistance, included a report into the apparent dangers of the program you were contemplating.
