Hi

I'm new to "Geekstogo" so I apologize in advance if there's already this topic out there and haven't seen it.

I recently bought an Inspiron from dell for my g/f. It runs windows 7 and i downloaded AVG for her to use as an anti-virus. When she goes onto her school board site it works but when she logs in, it opens a new page and then just stops. There are no error pages or anything that show up. I use explorer and there's nothing that says anything just blank.

I tried turning off pop-up blockers and turning the cookies thing down to nothing as well. Also turning off firewall and turning security settings down as low as they can go.

None of this worked.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
