I deleted some from my Windows 98 (32) computer and upon restart I got this message:

Windows could not start Missing or Corrupt - Windows\System32\Config\System

Repair start with Windows Setup using Setup CD ROM select 'r' at first screen to repair.

So... I don't have a CD ROM disk. I have spent most of the day reading websites and I am still not sure how to get my computer going again. Which site should I use to download a disk for repairs?? Should I buy a program disk from a site or can I download and make it work.

Please help! Thanks!!
