I have 2 Dell 4600C Dimensions running XP SP2 and all the latest updates.
Both machines were running XP without any real issues.
I scrubbed both down and re-isntalled XP Pro.
Now whenever I print in Internet Explorer XP gives me a blue screen and re-boots (this happens on both computers).
If we print using Mozilla Firefox, Word, Excel, etc. we do not re-boot.
I have tried differernt printers, cables, USB, parallel, but to no avail.
Any suggestions? Anyone ever heard of this?

Hi MagnusRF. Welcome to Geeks to Go. Take a look at the event viewer. Go to start, my computer, right click, manage and look at the event log. Look for ones with a red x at the time of the crash. Right click, properties and view the details. You can also send a report to M$ and view their knowledge base for additional clues as to the cause and possible solution. This will give an idea what direction you need to go.
