I received an email -sent to multiple ppl-with the subject line:[SPAM}ACH transaction failure report from a recipient w/the the name of "sherri black"<[email protected]> all lowercase. What is this & where is it from.

It shows what looks like an ach report box, w/a transaction id # & a report#. The report number is listed as a microsoft word document

the info for this gives a VA address & 2011 NACHA -The electronics payment Association.

what is this & where did it originate? I looked on your forum & it stated that the <ca.rr.com> was from an isp in CA & that the RR was related to advertising?

If you don't know who it's from and you don't recognise the sender, then don't reply, don't ponder, delete it and pay no further attention to it. Further more, do not open any attachments from anybody you do not recognise. You will almost certainly get infected if you do.
