[NEEDBACKUP]

First, I have seen many posts on the subject matter but they dont make sense to me. I have this video in AVI format. I played on my computer both video and audio before and then I moved. Got new Computer and now it just plays Audio and no video. I have download everything I can find off many websites trying to find the missing piece to get it working. NO LUCK AT ALL. Very tired of trying things and isnt working.

Also worried about virus getting onto my computer trying to find the right thing to install. Any help (in simple terms) would be great! Im not a computer wizard so try and break it down almost your explaining it to a child....who happens to be 26.

Are you still having problems with your issue?
