The virus will not let me open the internet or anything. I shut it down and turned it back on and now it will not let me even open the user account. I've tried to use your reboot cd but the OTLPE icon i was suppose to double-click on, did not even show up on my desktop. The program and everything loaded up, there was an error message at the beginging, before the desktop came up. I pressed ok and the desktop finished loading. If you could please help me it would be VERY appreciated!!
