Ok i accessed my shared folder and it was filled with fake compressed files taking up a lot of space
im wondering how they got there, and how i should get rid of them
(just select and delete them all? that would take a while)

Open the folder, click edit then select all, right click a file then select delete.

Leave them in the recycle bin, reboot the PC and make sure it is running OK before emptying the recycle bin
