So this is what I have HP 4510s Probook laptop

Operating system XP Pro SP3
Intel® Dual-Core Celeron® Processor T1700 (1.83 GHz 1 MB L2 cache 667 MHz FSB)

I have a user that redomly gets a BSOD. I had him last week stop the system from rebooting so we could see the error. It came up yesterday and showed a ball_pool_caller as the issue. From the mini dump this is what I have. I really dont know where to go next. He went a week without having a problem and wasnt doing anything differently on his workstation and no new software or hardware.
