Hello
I recently bought the sims 3 for PC, and whenever I try to run it, this is the message that pops up

Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library
Runtime error!
Program : D:\Sims3setup.exe

abnormal program termination

What do I do??? Please no complicated answers

1. Make and full model of the computer if it is branded please ie a Dell, Toshiba etc
2. Which operating system please - Vista - which, Windows 7 which



To assist
Start, right click the entry Computer and click Properties - that will tell you which Operating system
please include if it is 32 bit or 64 bit.
Please include in your reply - details of the RAM - Installed memory

It's an acer windows 7 Aspire

64-bit opertating system

4.00 GB of RAM

Is that sufficent?

PLEASE also include the processor details, those are on that window above the ram and below the operating system
YOU have sufficient ram when you send me the other details I will know better if your computer meets the specifications for Sims3
Was this a purchase from an accredited retailer or a purchase from ebay or the like, NOT that buying through that mediium, does not mean it is not necessarily a genuine Sims3.

Select The Sims3 from the drop menu and it will tell you if all aspects of your computer pass the requirements
