How to know that my motherboard supports gigabit network?

Hi everyone? I just want to help me on problem, I dont know if my motherboard supports gigabit network. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, look up the motherboard's specs.

That said, do note that gigabit support will NOT improve your Internet performance in any way! Gigabit networking only helps with local networking and that is only between devices that support gigabit Ethernet.
