Can´t open some sites on my laptop...

wasn´t quite shure where to put this. So, I can´t open some sites on my Laptop... from what've noticed, Hotmail and sites based on dropbox. But they used to work, and all of a sudden I just get a white screen...

I only have chrome installed... But once hotmail started to fail on me, I intalled Web Freer, and it worked for a while, but then I started getting white screen just as Chrome...
