All that info and nothing saying what motherboard you have. The two yellow exclamation marks in device manager confirm you have no audio driver installed.
Please post your motherboard make and model number and I will try to find the correct driver.
Do you by chance have a disk labeled motherboard drivers?

Download DriverMax and have it scan your system. It will open their website with all the out of date drivers you can update. With the free version you can update only 2 drivers per day so if you have a lot of them it will take a few days to get everything updated. I have been using it for about 4 months now and like it better then any other utility out there for keeping my drivers up to date.

Look for the audio driver first and get it. Once that is downloaded and installed then post the link to the driver page from DriverMax and I will help you update any other drivers.

i have run a program called baleric which shows waht is on my pc

that program is junk...it shows you have 2 memory slots with a 16GB stick in 2 slots with 2 slots empty...
your mobo only supports a TOTAL of 4 GB using all 4 slots

you may want to try everest home version 1.51 here...it has something extra over the newer versions...like a installed software section with the version numbers listed for most everything and shows the windows updates plus...several other added things as well..plus it only takes 3 seconds to load
