OK, so I tried attaching the .dmp files, but my computer is telling me that access is denied when I try to zip them.

OK, to continue, my computer has been having these random crashes and reboots.

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.4
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: be
BCP1: 9D386E13
BCP2: 40C00121
BCP3: 8078AC64
BCP4: 0000000A
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\020712-67189-01.dmp
C:\Users\Ben\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-859081-0.sysdata.xml

Anything you can help me with, that would be great. Especially how to .zip and attach the .dmp files!

There was another topic like this on the forum that I read, but I couldn't find the certain files that someone posted to look under Device Manager and change from "system" to "demand."

IF that had worked, I wouldn't be posting this.

I cannot connect to my wireless internet. Right now, I'm tethered to my phone via usb, which works luckily.

Yay for a jailbroken iPhone (which doesn't pertain to this discussion).

Hi -

Bugcheck 0xbe = driver attempted to write to read-only memory

Run Driver Verifier - http://sysnative.com...er_Verifier.htm

The access denied error occurs if you try to zip the dumps while they reside in \windows\minidump

Copy the \minidump folder to Documents; zip it up there.

Regards. . .
