I recently puttogether a new computer.

BELOW IS A LIST OF EVERYTHING IVE DONE IN NO GIVEN ORDER
- I put in the motherboard (Intel DH61SA)
- Connected the power supplys 2 x 2 and 2 x 12 power connections to the board
- I put in the processor
- I put thermal past on the processor
- Attached the heat sink to the board / connected fan to board
- attached hard drive power sata to sata from power supply
- attached sata interface cable from hard drive to mother board
- attached sata power and sata interface from DVD drive to board and power supply

What am I missing? None of my motherboard ports are working. The green standby light come on the motherboard. Everything runs, fans, DVD drive, etc. Everything has power, but the ports just wont work. Any ideas?

Since you are not saying exactly what ports I'm guessing you mean everything. If that is the case I would say defective motherboard.
No mouse, kb, video, sound, usb, sata, firweire or nic would tell me the motherboard is defective.
