trying to install rii tec Mini on windows 7

hi ive go a mini key board rii tec mini it wont install on windows 7 64 bit . it picks up my device fo a sec than it loses it . the cd wont install it says i dont have the software to open ?? when i click open it say find a program to open it from the web. its worked on my ipad. and when it does pick up the wireless device i click on it and it say a error . any one know whats wrong

that error says it all...
contact the device manufacture...they will have the fix if there is one
