I'm having this trouble that I cannot seem to resolve. This is happening with one user. When any changes are made to MS word (change default font, adding new autotext etc) it is not saving to normal.dot (template) automatically. i have renamed normal.dot but made no difference. I've googled it countless times but I cannot find an answer. I'm not sure if its an application causing it or word is corrupted. Can anyone shed light into this? We are running XP and only have one custom application installed. Maybe I just don't know how normal.dot works.
