the homepage. I can open any page if I type it in. Below is a screenshot of the alert.

This has just happened to me too - really strange.

I type in the url of my website and get:

The file / cannot be found

Only happens in Firefox. IE I can still access the url.

What is causing this?

Okay, I fixed it :tazz:

In Firefox, go to Tools then Options then History.

Then clear Cache.

Should fix it. If it doesn't clear History too.

Can you access the site in Internet explorer. If yes what is the site?

Hi Thanks for the reply. Yes I can access the page using Internet Explorer, I can access the page with firefox it's just that on occasions it returns the error and then I have to reload Firefox. The page is www.virgin.net
