Hey folks- trying to help out my in-laws here. Their Norton security (came with there comcast service and I haven't changed it out.. yet) keeps saying "at risk." It lists a virus scan as the solution. When you click 'fix,' the scan runs just fine; however, it continues to say "at risk" after this runs, listing the same solution as before. Any suggestions?

Also..
1. Is is OK to run Norton and Malwarebytes at the same time?
2. Should I turn windows firewall off, since these other two programs are running?

Thank you!!
