admin ok but other users don't get wifi

We've changed using ethernet on a desktop to using wifi.

long story short, the new provider was going to run cables through our home and i didn't want that so everything runs via wifi now.

the tech isntalled a wifi stick on the desktop for the main (admin) user but now i find that the other admin and 2 more users don't connect when they login. i suspect there's a simple solution and am hoping someone here can point it out to me! :)

Hello,

I'm guessing that the installer didn't select it for use with any user on the PC.

Do you have the installation disc? You may be able to reinstall the software again but set it so other users can use the device.
