Identifying and "Windows could not automatically detect this netwo

Hi. My computer was recently afected with system check virus, and since then my network is not working not even in safe mode with network. I removed the virus and some more infected files, and now I can't connect to a network. This is what happens (I'm sorry but the image is in portuguese):

And if I click on the red X to see what's going on, it says "Windows could not automatically detect this network's proxy settings".
Don't know what else to do :(
